摘 要:以堇青石的理论化学组成为基础玻璃配方,采用熔融法制备堇青石微晶玻璃。利用DSC-TG、XRD、SEM研究堇青石微晶玻璃的析晶特性和微观形貌,并对其热膨胀性能以及烧结性能进行测试。结果表明:微晶玻璃初晶相为亚稳MgAl2Si3O10相,终晶相为α-堇青石相,随着热处理温度升高,亚稳MgAl2Si3O10相向α-堇青石相转变。在1000~1200℃的温度范围内,堇青石微晶玻璃的结构和性能较为稳定。Cordierite glass-ceramics were prepared by melting method starting from the theoretical chemical composition of cordierite.The crystallization behavior and micro-morphology of cordierite glass-ceramics were investigated by the differential scanning calorimetry and thermo-gravimetric analysis(DSC-TG),X-ray diffraction technique(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The thermal expansion coefficient,apparent porosity,volume density and flexural strength of sintered samples were measured.The results show that the initial crystalline phase of the glass-ceramics is metastable phase MgAl2Si3O10 and the final crystalline phase is cordierite.MgAl2Si3O10 phase transforms to cordierite phase when temperature increases.The structure and properties of cordierite glass-ceramics synthesized in the range of crystallization temperature from 1000℃to 1200℃are relatively stable.
