新医正骨疗法治疗难治型旋盆翘臀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究难治型旋盆翘臀型腰椎间盘突出症的临床表现特点,制定相应的治疗策略。方法采用新医正骨疗法治疗难治型旋盆翘臀型腰椎间盘突出症4例,其中男2例,女2例;年龄23~39岁,平均26.6岁。治疗前后分别摄裸脚站立位后前位体型像,应用Adobe Photoshop记录并测量脊柱侧凸角。结果难治型旋盆翘臀型腰椎间盘突出症脊柱侧凸角23.3°~32.0°,平均26.63°,脊柱发生多阶段椎体位移。临床治愈后脊柱侧凸角明显减小0.7°~8.6°,平均5.4°。结论本组腰椎间盘突出症患者L4、L5椎体位移,脊柱严重旋转侧弯造成上腰及代偿椎体位移,椎旁肌痉挛稳定了损伤后的代偿性脊柱曲线。运用新医正骨疗法恢复脊柱内外平衡是治疗的关键。Objective To study the clinical features of lumbar disk hernation with severe scoliosis and to verify the therapeutic effect of Feng's spinal manipulation strategy.Methods Four cases(two males and two females,aged 23 to 39,with an average age of 26.6 years old)were treated with Feng's spinal manipulation method.All the cases had their anterior and posterior photos taken barefoot in standing position before and after treatment respectively.The angles of scoliosis were recorded and measured with Adobe Photoshop.Results The angles of scoliosis ranged from 23.3°to 32.0°,with an average of 26.63°.There were multiple subtle subluxations in different segments of the spine.The degrees of scoliosis decreased by as much as 0.7°to 8.6°after treatment with an average of 5.4°.Conclusion There are preexisting vertebral subluxations at L4 and L5 in these four patients.Severe scoliosis can lead to new vertebral subluxations to compensate for the original ones.The compensation curve of the spine is relatively stable due to the spasm of paraspinal muscle.The key to effective treatment is to restore the equilibrium of the spine with Feng's spinal manipulation approach.
