摘  要:在分离提纯的基础上,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱结合X射线荧光光谱对CPVC管材中各组分进行快速定性分析,并且根据X射线荧光光谱中元素含量得到样品中主要成分的近似含量结果。该成分分析方法操作简单、方便快捷,也可应用于PVC等其他塑料产品的快速分析。Fourier transform infrared spectra combined with X-ray fluorescence spectra were used to rapidly and qualitatively analyze the components in CPVC pipes,which had been separated and purified.In addition,approximate contents of components in the samples could be calculated according to the element contents obtained by X-ray fluorescence spectra.The composition analysis method provided in this work was simple,convenient and fast,and could be applied to the rapid analysis of PVC and other plastic products too.
