摘 要:以‘西伯利亚’百合为试材,采用田间试验方法,研究了不同浓度(0、0.5、1.0、2.0 g·L^-1)TiO2光合促进剂对其光合特性、生物量积累以及切花品质的影响,以期为TiO2光合促进剂叶面喷施技术在切花百合栽培中的应用提供参考。结果表明:东方百合‘西伯利亚’的净光合速率日变化趋势为单峰曲线,在12:00时,其达到最大值,不同浓度TiO2光合促进剂处理均能增加百合叶片叶绿素含量同时促进光合作用;TiO2光合促进剂处理可以提高百合生物量的积累,促使光合产物向茎秆、叶片、花苞和根系等器官分配,降低了鳞茎干物质分配系数;适宜浓度的TiO2光合促进剂处理明显提高了‘西伯利亚’的切花品质。其中1.0 g·L^-1的TiO2光合促进剂处理对切花百合净光合速率峰值、总干质量、商品率、茎秆硬度、花苞数以及开花持续天数的影响最明显,较CK分别增加了37.7%、35.7%、7.8%、43.3%、24.7%和14.7%。综上,在百合‘西伯利亚’的栽培过程中喷施1.0 g·L^-1 TiO2光合促进剂能促进其光合作用,有利于其生物量的积累和切花品质的提高。Lily varity of‘Siberian’was used as experimental material,by field test method,the effects of different concentrations(0,0.5,1.0,2.0 g·L^-1)of TiO2 photosynthetic accelerator on photosynthetic characteristics,biomass accumulation and quality of cut flower were studied.The purpose of this study was to provide a reference for the application of foliar spraying technique of TiO2 photosynthetic accelerator in lily culture.The results showed that the diurnal variation trend of net photosynthetic rate of oriental lily‘Siberia’was a single peak curve,and reached the maximum at 12:00.Different concentrations of TiO2 photosynthetic accelerator could increase chlorophyll content and promote photosynthesis in lily leaves;TiO2 photosynthetic accelerator treatment could increase the accumulation of biomass of lily,promote the distribution of photosynthetic products to stem,leaf,bud and root organs,and reduce the dry matter distribution coefficient of bulb.The treatment of suitable concentration of TiO2 photosynthetic accelerator significantly improved the quality of cut flowers in‘Siberia’.The effects of 1.0 g·L^-1 TiO2 photosynthetic accelerator on peak value of net photosynthetic rate,total dry weight,commercial rate,stem hardness,bud number and flowering duration of cut lily were the most obvious.Compared with CK,it increased by 37.7%,35.7%,7.8%,43.3%,24.7%and 14.7%,respectively.In summary,spraying 1.0 g·L^-1 TiO2 photosynthetic accelerator during the cultivation of lily‘Siberian’could promote its photosynthesis,which was beneficial to the accumulation of biomass and the improvement of cut flower quality.
