摘　　要：士林染料价格与2019年同期相比已上涨3~4倍,印染企业的成本控制压力倍增。经过大量生产实践,用活性染料替代士林染料进行染色,在确保产品各项质量指标的同时,较好地缓解了企业的成本压力,但也给实际生产带来一系列难题。就如何正确使用活性染料替代士林染料染色展开深入探讨。Compared with the same period in 2019,the price of vat dyestuff had increased 3~4 times,and the cost control pressure of printing and dyeing enterprises had doubled.After a lot of production practice,dyeing with reactive dyes instead of vat dyes had better alleviated the cost pressure of the enterprise while ensuring the quality indexes of the products,but also brought some difficulties to the actual production.The theme of how to use reactive dye to replace vat dye was discussed.
