探析影响氨纶纬弹织物弹性的因素

摘　　要：影响氨纶纬弹织物的因素很多。探究织物生产过程中涉及的参数对织物弹性的影响,结果显示,在纺纱过程中,氨纶预牵伸倍数、纱线捻度、外包纤维种类、氨纶丝的规格以及纺纱方式都会影响织物的弹性;在织造过程中,弹力纬纱处理方式、钢筘入数以及经纱原料对织物的弹性基本无影响,而织物的经纬密、组织参数对织物的弹性有影响;在染整过程中,烧毛处理对织物的弹性基本无影响,而定形处理、丝光处理以及水洗处理都会影响织物的弹性;在测试过程中,不同测试方法得到的织物弹性有所不同。在实际生产过程中,这些参数相互作用、彼此影响,因此探究织物的弹性较困难。There are many factors affecting the elasticity of spandex weft elastic fabric.The influence of the parameters involved in the production process on the elasticity of fabric is explored.The results show that in the spinning process,the pre-draft multiple of spandex,yarn twist,types of wrapped fibers,specifications of spandex fibers and spinning methods all affect the elasticity of fabric.In the weaving process,the elastic weft treatment,the number of reeds and warp yarn material have little effect on the elastic properties of the fabric.The warp,weft densities and the weave parameters of the fabrics have effects on the elastic properties of the fabrics.In the dyeing and finishing process,the singeing treatment has little effect on the elastic properties of the fabric,but forming,mercerizing and washing all affect the elasticity of the fabric.In the process of testing,the elastic properties of fabrics obtained by different testing methods are different.In practical production,these parameters interact and influence each other,so it is difficult to explore the elastic properties of fabrics.
