摘　　要：探讨人棉印花产品前处理工艺路线的优选、染料的选择、布面含潮率及蒸化机内湿度,印花后进行松式绳状水洗。优化工艺改善了人棉印花深色产品得色率不高、色牢度差的问题,大大提高了人棉印花产品的品质和公司的市场竞争力。The selection of pretreatment process route,dyestuff selection,moisture content of fabric surface,and humidity in steamer were discussed.After printing,it was washed with loose rope.By optimizing the process,the problems of low color yield and poor color fastness of dark color printing products of rayon printing were improved,the quality of printed products and the competitiveness of the company in the market were greatly improved.
