摘 要:在20℃恒温条件下,用折光率法测定液体荧光增白剂中尿素的质量分数,并将其与GB/T 33401—2016《液体荧光增白剂产品中尿素含量的测定》的测定结果进行比较。通过对比分析,液体荧光增白剂产品的荧光强度在2分内时,折光率与尿素质量分数呈正相关,R2值在0.99以上,平均回收率为96.68%~101.08%。该方法准确、快速、简便、环保,不需要其他化学试剂,无污染,可以在成品检测中使用。The mass fraction of urea in liquid fluorescent whitening agent was determined by refractive index method at constant temperature of 20℃,which was compared with the results of GB/T 33401—2016"Determination of urea content in the product of liquid fluorescent whitening agent".Through comparative analysis,when the fluorescence intensity of the liquid fluorescent whitening agent product was within 2 points,the refractive index was positively correlated with the urea mass fraction,the R2 value was above 0.99,and the average recovery rate was 96.68%~101.08%.This method was accurate,fast,simple,and environmentally friendly,requiring no other chemical reagents,and free of pollution,which could be used in the finished product testing.
