摘　　要：针对铝电解行业辅助设备铝电解多功能机组,从执行辅助电解铝各工序生产过程切入,对更换残阳极和清理残渣工序入手,对除尘系统在铝电解多功能机组上的布置及各工序收尘系统的结构做了详细介绍,结合常规铝电解多功能机组的结构特点,提出了如何布局除尘系统及降低系统能耗的建议。In view of the Pot tending machine of the auxiliary equipment in the aluminum electrolysis industry, starting from the implementation of the production process of the auxiliary aluminum electrolysis process, starting with the replacement of the residual anode and the cleaning of the residue process, the layout of the dust removal system on the Pot tending machine and the structure of the dust collection system in each process are introduced in detail. Combined with the structural characteristics of the Pot tending machine, how to layout and remove the dust is proposed Dust system and suggestions for reducing system energy consumption.
