摘  要:在有色金属冶炼厂中,由于对电机转速和节能的要求,调速系统广泛应用于交流电机。交流电机调速系统故障多发于其核心元件逆变器。本文提出了一种基于平均电流Park矢量法的用于检测和诊断逆变器开关管开路故障的算法和技术。通过分析逆变器在6个导通区间内的工作原理,得出逆变器输出三相电流的瞬时值。然后计算3相电流的平均值,通过3相到2相的坐标变换,得到平均电流的Park矢量。用Park矢量的模长估计故障的严重程度,模长越大,故障越严重。用矢量的相位角识别发生开路故障的功率开关管。文中计算了矢量角和功率管的对应关系,并表示在表1和图1中。In non-ferrous metal smelters,due to the requirement of motor speed and energy saving,the speed regulating system is widely used in AC motors.The failure of Ac motor speed regulating system is mainly caused by its core component inverter.This paper presents an algorithm and a technique of fault detection and diagnosis for open-circuit fault of power device in inverter,based on the Park’s vector of average current.By analyzing working principle of the 6 conduction region in inverter,the instantaneous value of three phase current output by inverter was figured out.Then compute the average value of current in three phases.By coordinate transformation from three phases to two phases,the Park’s Vector of average current was made.The length of the vector was used to evaluate the fault severity,and the phase angle of the vector was used to identify which power device had the open-circuit fault.The length of the vector is larger,the severity is heavier.And the corresponding relation between phase angle and power device was calculated and shown in the table1 and figure1.
