摘 要:学会的内部治理是指依据法律和章程,用适当的方式规范其内部不同权力主体的关系,以确保实现学会的宗旨和任务,发挥其功能和作用的制度安排。我国学会内部治理的主体包括中国共产党的组织、会员代表大会、理事会和常务理事会、监事会和常设机构(秘书处)。内部治理的原则是确保实现学会的使命和宗旨,实现治理的规范化、民主化、科学化。只有重视和处理好与内部治理关联的若干因素,才能实现有效的治理。内部治理不仅涉及学会内部关系的协调,也涉及学会外部关系的协调,内部治理模式影响学会对利益相关方的回应力,影响学会服务与发展能力,关系到学会的自治和自律能力。The internal governance of academic societies refers to regulate the relationship between different subjects briefly to achieve the goal of groups in an appropriate manner by law and regulations. And it’s also an institutional arrangement to have an effect on the function of academic societies. The subjects of academic societies internal governance include Party organizations of the Communist Party of China,society congress,council and the general council,supervisory board and standing body( secretariat). The principle of internal governance is to normalize,democratize,and scientize the governance. The internal governance involves coordination of society’s internal and external relations. The pattern of internal governance effects on the academic societies’ responsiveness towards stakeholders and the ability to service and develop. It also concerns autonomy and self-discipline capability of academic societies.
