摘　　要：基层政府要提高基层社会治理能力,推进社会治理能力现代化,大数据可以起到有力的支撑。本文研究了大数据时代青海藏区基层政府治理能力面临的问题和挑战,分析问题存在的原因,提出了青海藏区基层政府在大数据时代提高政府治理能力的对策。Grass-roots governments need to improve grass-roots social governance capabilities and promote the modernization of social governance capabilities.Big data can play a powerful support.This paper studies the challenges and problems brought by big data to the governance ability of grass-roots government,analyses the reasons for the problems,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the governance ability of grass-roots government in the era of big data.
