摘 要:改革开放以来,随着国内社会经济建设的迅速发展,地方院校面临转型发展,人才培养模式也需要调整。既有利于专业特色发展,又能制定出适应当前社会所需的专业人才培养方案。一方面,能保持对社会需求人才的预见性;另一方面,也能不断总结人才培养与社会接轨的经验,紧跟时代步伐。文章从产教融合的设计理念出发,以校内建设创新创业、实践实训基地为例,从校企合作、教学课程优化、师资队伍培训、研发文创产品等方面所取得的一些成效,浅谈产教融合在教学改革中发挥的作用。Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of domestic social and economic construction, in addition to academic qualifications and professional skills, the demand for talents’ creating the value of the industry has been far greater than in the past. Facing the transformation and development of local colleges and universities, the new talent training mode also needs to be adjusted. It is very important to help the development of the specialty characteristics and to work out the training plan of the professional talents for the needs of the present society. On the one hand, it can maintain the predictability of social demand for talent;on the other hand, constantly summarize the experience of talent training and social integration, and keep up with the pace of the times.From the design concept of integration of production and teaching, taking the construction of innovative and pioneering and practical training bases within the school as an example, the paper discusses the achievements made from the cooperation between school and enterprise, the optimization of teaching courses, the training of teachers, and the research and development of cultural and creative products, which show the function of integration of production and teaching in teaching reform.
