摘 要:技术贸易在建设创新型国家中发挥着重要作用。但是,目前学术界对创新型国家技术贸易发展的总体性和趋势性缺乏深入探讨。本文以中国和国际上主要创新型国家2005-2018年技术贸易领域国际收支平衡表时间序列数据为基础,通过贸易竞争优势指数和情景分析的研究方法,归纳创新型国家技术贸易发展历程的相似性与差异性。实证表明:近年来,主要创新型国家技术贸易竞争力水平明显提升;与原始创新相比,技术引进后的二次创新对建设创新型国家同样重要。创新型国家应确立优先提升技术贸易竞争力水平、优先提升服务贸易竞争力水平,以及同步提升技术贸易和服务贸易竞争力水平的基本发展路径。Technology trade plays an important role in national innovation,but at present,the overall and trend of technology trade development in innovative countries lacks in-depth discussions.To this end,based on the time series data of the balance of payments in the technological trade field of major international innovative countries including and China from 2005 to 2018,uses the research methods of trade specialization coefficient and scenario analysis,this article summarizes the similarities and differences in the development of technology trade in major innovative countries.The empirical results show that:(1)The level of technological innovation competitiveness of major innovative countries has increased significantly in recent years;(2)Compared with original innovation,secondary innovation after technology introduction is equally important to national innovation;(3)Innovative countries should establish a basic development path,including giving priority to improving the competitiveness of technology trade,giving priority to enhancing the competitiveness of service trade,and simultaneously enhancing the competitiveness of technology trade and service trade.
