摘 要:随着我国经济、社会以及国家电网的快速发展,人们的用电需求不断增加,电网的日常运行和管理方式更加复杂多变,一旦出现安全问题,通常会严重损害相关的发电设备并且造成大规模停电,甚至可能直接导致某一区域电力系统整体功能丧失,无法正常工作。为了尽可能避免这类问题,我国对电路输送系统的稳定性有着很高要求。为了保证我国电力系统运行时能够稳定、安全,同时满足节能环保的需求,对电力系统的风险控制和工作人员安全管理两个基本方面进行了深入分析和针对性探讨。Along with our country’s economy and society in recent years,as well as rapid construction and development of the national grid,people for electricity demand unceasing increase,the grid of daily operation and management mode is more complex,once appear,security issues,often caused serious damage to related power equipment and power cuts,even may directly result in the loss function of power system in the area as a whole,not work as much as possible in order to avoid this kind of problem,for the stability of the circuit transmission system in our country have high requirements In order to ensure the stability and safety of China’s electric power system and meet the needs of energy conservation and environmental protection,this paper has carried out in-depth analysis and targeted discussion on the two basic aspects of the power system risk control and staff safety management.
