摘　　要：目的为更有效地提高广西健康素养水平提供依据和策略。方法对广西2012—2016年的健康素养水平进行比较分析。结果2012—2016年,广西15~69岁城乡居民经加权调整后的健康素养水平依次为7.35%,6.57%,6.18%,5.41%,6.26%,明显低于全国平均水平,也未见明显上升趋势。2012—2016年,城市居民的总体健康素养水平、三个方面和六类问题的健康素养水平均高于农村;部分年度女性健康素养水平高于男性,其余无显著性差异。结论广西城乡居民健康素养处于较低水平,建议深入贯彻实施“健康融入所有政策”,各部门积极协作、密切配合,支持健康促进工作的开展,认真做好国家基本公共卫生服务项目、全民健康素养促进行动、健康中国行等一系列重大项目工作,从而提高人民群众对健康关注度和健康意识。Objective To provide basis and strategies for improving health literacy in Guangxi.Methods The health literacy level of Guangxi from 2012 to 2016 was compared and analyzed.Results From 2012 to 2016,the health literacy level of urban and rural residents aged 15-69 in Guangxi after weighted adjustment was 7.35%,6.57%,6.18%,5.41%and 6.26%,which was obviously lower than the national average level,and there is no obvious upward trend.From 2012 to 2016,the overall health literacy level of residents,the health literacy level of three aspects and six types of problems were higher than those of residents;the health literacy level of women in some years was higher than that of men,and the rest had no significant difference.Conclusion The health literacy of urban and rural residents in Guangxi is at a low level.It is suggested that the“Health into All Policy”should be implemented in depth.All departments should actively cooperate and cooperate closely to support the development of health promotion.A series of major projects,such as the national basic public health service project,the national health literacy promotion action and the healthy China trip,should be carried out in order to improve people’s health attention and health awareness.
