摘　　要：目的了解无锡市农村2型糖尿病患者的糖尿病知识知晓率,分析影响因素和健康干预的关键点,为制定患者健康管理措施提供科学研究。方法采用多阶段分层抽样方法,从无锡市农村社区已纳入基本公共卫生服务的2型糖尿病患者中随机抽取调查对象,由经过培训的社区医生采用经过修订的中国健康教育中心设计的糖尿病患者问卷进行调查。结果共调查205名患者,糖尿病知识知晓率为56.63%。结论被调查人群的平均年龄较大、文化程度较低,导致糖尿病知识知晓率不高,应结合当地情况开展有针对性的糖尿病知识宣教尤为重要。Objective To evaluate the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge among type 2 diabetes patients in Wuxi rural communities,and analyze related factors and key points for health intervention,for providing scientific evidence for health management of patients.Methods Using multistage stratified sampling method,subjects were randomly selected from who have been included in primary health services in rural communities in Wuxi,and a revised questionnaire designed by China Health Education Center was used by trained general practitioners to investigate the respondents.Results A total of 205 type 2 diabetes patients were surveyed,and the awareness rate of diabetes knowledge was 56.63%.Conclusion The higher age and low education level among type 2 diabetes patients in Wuxi rural communities may lead to low awareness rate of diabetes knowledge.Targeted health education program towards type 2 diabetes patients is necessary in the context of local conditions.
