摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎(新冠肺炎)具有较高的传播性和易感性,而艾滋病患者群体免疫力低下,存在较高的感染风险。在新冠肺炎疫情的严重影响下,北京佑安医院与北京市疾病预防控制中心、医院社区志愿者协同,迅速调整疫情时期性病艾滋病门诊管理策略,制定应急制度和流程;确保区域防护到位,人员防护培训合格;针对艾滋病患者就诊现状和随访需求进行分类管理,因情施策,提供应急、咨询等服务。为滞留异地且正在接受抗病毒治疗的患者提供多渠道药品供给和咨询服务,保障了患者的抗病毒治疗及心理支持,目前无交叉感染发生,无纠纷和投诉情况。本策略可为突发公共卫生事件时期,艾滋病抗病毒治疗及防控提供参考。Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)has a high infectivity and susceptibility,while AIDS patients has low immunity and a higher risk of infection.Under the severe impact of the COVID-19 epidemic,Beijing YouAn Hospital has collaborated with the Beijing Center for Disease Prevention and Control and the volunteers from hospital community organizations,to quickly adjust the STD/AIDS outpatient management strategy during the epidemic period,formulate emergency systems and procedures,ensure regional protection and personnel qualified by protection training;conduct classified management according to the current treatment status and follow-up needs of AIDS outpatients,and provide emergency and consulting services according to the situation.For AIDS patients who have been stranded in other cities and are receiving antiretroviral treatment,multi-channel drug supply and counseling services are provided,antiretroviral treatment and psychological support are guaranteed.Up to now,no cross-infection,no disputes and complaints have occurred.This strategy can provide a reference for HIV antiretroviral treatment,prevention and control during public health emergencies.
