金铁锁种苗质量分级标准研究

摘　　要：目的研究制定金铁锁种苗质量分级标准,为金铁锁药材的规范化生产奠定基础。方法采集一年生金铁锁实生苗,以根长、根粗、根重为分级指标,采用标准差法对种苗进行分级,进一步开展田间栽培试验,观察比较种苗分级移栽后的存活率、产量、生长情况,对划分的等级进行验证。结果金铁锁种苗可分为3个等级,不同等级种苗存活率、产量、地上和地下部分生长状况差异明显。一级种苗根长≥17 cm,根粗≥6.5 mm,根重≥2.8 g;二级种苗:根长≥13.5 cm,根粗≥5.5 mm,根重≥2.0 g;三级种苗:根长≥10.00 cm,根粗≥4.0 mm,根重≥1.0 g。结论制定的种苗分级标准可用于金铁锁生产中的种苗选择。Objective To explore the quality classification criteria of Psammosilene tunicoides W.C.Wu&C.Y.Wu seedlings,and provide a basis for good agriculture practice of Psammosilene tunicoides.Methods One-year seedlings of Psammosilene tunicoides are collected and classified by standard deviation according to three indicators,including root length(RL),root diameter(RD),and root weight(RW).Field experiments are performed among three grades.Survival rate of transplanting,yield and growth characteristics have been observed and compared in order to validate the rationality of the classification.Results The seedlings of could be classified into 3 grades.Survival rate of transplanting,yield and growth characteristics have significant differences in different grades.The criteria of the 1st-grade seedlings are as follows:RL≥17 cm,RD≥6.5 mm and RW≥2.8 g.The criteria of the 2nd-grade seedlings are as follows:RL≥13.5 cm,RD≥5.5 mm,RW≥2.0 g;The criteria of the 3rd-grade seedlings are as follows:RL≥10.00 cm,RD≥4.0 mm,RW≥1.0 g.Conclusion The quality classification standard of Psammosilene tunicoides seedlings could be used for seedlings selection in production.
