摘　　要：h指数和半衰期如何应用于区域知识评价领域?以半衰期为横坐标、h指数为纵坐标建立坐标系,取全部研究对象半衰期和h指数的均值为分界值,形成4个不同的象限,据此建立区域知识质量评价模型,并利用该模型采集知网数据对河南省18个地市的知识质量进行了分析。研究发现,将h指数和半衰期同时应用于知识评价能得到更为全面、客观的结果。这一研究不但拓展了h指数和半衰期的应用领域,而且为区域知识质量的评价提供了新的思路。How h-index and half-life are applied to regional knowledge evaluation?Taking half-life as abscissa and hindex as ordinate to establish coordinate system,taking the mean value of half-life and h index of all research objects as boundary value,forming four different quadrants,establishing regional knowledge quality evaluation model.And the model is used to analyze the knowledge quality of 18 cities in Henan Province.It is founded applying h index and half-life to knowledge evaluation at the same time can get more comprehensive and objective results.This study not only expands the application fields of h-index and half-life,but also provides a new idea for the evaluation of regional knowledge quality.
