湿毒清胶囊联合左西替利嗪对糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症老年患者疗效及炎性因子的影响  

Effects of Shiduqing and Levocetirizine on Inflammatory Factor and Therapeutic Effects in Elderly Patients with Diabetic Pruritus

摘　　要：目的观察湿毒清胶囊联合左西替利嗪对糖尿病皮肤瘙痒症老年患者Th1/Th2炎性因子的影响,并分析其临床疗效。方法选取2017年2月—2018年10月我院治疗的老年糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症患者164例。使用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组82例。酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法测定白细胞介素(IL)-2、干扰素(IFN)-γ、IL-4、IL-10炎性因子的表达,比较2组临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果治疗后观察组IL-2和IFN-γ因子表达显著低于对照组(P<0.01),IL-4和IL-10因子表达又显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。对照组瘙痒程度、瘙痒持续时间、瘙痒部位和瘙痒对睡眠影响评分分别为2.05±0.36、1.95±0.34、1.84±0.26和2.18±0.43,显著高于观察组的1.82±0.28、1.62±0.21、2.52±0.46和3.30±0.62(P<0.05和P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗有效率为87.8%(72/82),显著高于对照组的65.9%(54/82,P<0.05)。对照组不良反应发生率为12.2%(10/82),观察组不良反应发生率为11.0%(9/82),2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论湿毒清胶囊联合左西替利嗪抑制老年糖尿病性皮肤瘙痒症患者炎性反应,临床疗效显著,使用安全。Objective In order to observe the effects Shiduqing and Levocetirizine on inflammatory factors and therapeutic effects in elderly patients with diabetic pruritus.Methods All of 164 patients with senile diabetic pruritus were sellected in this study.The patients were divided into control group(n=82)and observation group(n=82).The interleukin(IL)-2,interferon(IFN)-γ,IL-4 and IL-10 expression was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the expression of IL-2 and IFN-γin observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),and the expression level of IL-4 and IL-10 in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The scores of itching degree,itching duration,itching site and itching impact on sleep in control group were 2.05±0.36,1.95±0.34,1.84±0.26,and 2.18±0.43,respectively,which were higher than those of 1.82±0.28,1.62±0.21,2.52±0.46,and 3.30±0.62 in observation group(P<0.05 and P<0.05).The clinic effective rate in observation group was 87.8%(72/82),which was higher than 65.9%(54/82)in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.2%(10/82)in control group and 11.0%(9/82)in observation group.There were no significant differences in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shiduqing capsule combined with levcetirizine inhibits inflammatory response in elderly patients with diabetic pruritus,which is effective and safe.
