摘 要:针对微型盾构狭小空间内管片快速吊运的需求,依托现有微型盾构工程项目,进行微型盾构低净空管片吊机的研究。对比分析现有低净空管片吊机技术特点及性能,根据该项目要求完成微型盾构低净空管片吊机选型。创新设计一种液压马达驱动环链起升的低净空管片吊机结构。采用有限元软件Ansys,对吊机主要受力部件结构进行强度分析,完成液压系统和电气系统选型设计,并在实际微型盾构工程中成功应用,为国产微型盾构设计提供了技术参考。Considering the need of fast segment lifting in the narrow space of micro shield,based on the existing micro shield engineering,the low-clearance segment crane of micro shield was studied.Compared with characteristics and performance of existing crane technology for low-clearance segment,according to requirements of this project,the micro shield crane for low clearance segment was selected.A low-clearance segment crane driven by hydraulic motor and lifted by a ring chain was innovatively designed.The finite element software Ansys was used to analyze the strength of the main bearing parts of the crane,and the selection design of hydraulic system and electrical system was carried out,which has been successfully applied in the actual micro shield engineering,providing a technical reference for the design of domestic micro shield.
