摘 要:文中阐述了目前风洞设备运行支撑架车车轮啃轨的原因和对风洞试验造成的影响,对常规导向轮改进设计为可调节升降的水平导向轮装置,通过对导向轮装置的结构选型、装配定位以及与之配合的导轨等进行设计,消除啃轨、满足对接精度和躲避障碍物等风洞运行过程中的需求,结构简单,操作便利,在实际应用中大大减少了操作人员更换操作的难度,解决了更换风洞喷管试验段时定位不准等问题,提高了风洞运行效率和试验流场品质。In this paper,the reasons of wheel gnawing on the support rack car of wind tunnel equipment operation and its influence on wind tunnel test are described.The conventional guide wheel is designed as a horizontal guide wheel device which can adjust the lift.Through the structural selection,assembly and positioning of the guide wheel device and the design of the guide rail matched with it,the requirements of eliminating rail gnawing,docking accuracy and avoiding obstacles during wind tunnel operation are met.The structure is simple and the operation is convenient.In practical application,it greatly reduces the difficulty of replacing the operator,solves the problem of inaccurate positioning when replacing the test section of the wind tunnel nozzle,and improves the running efficiency of the wind tunnel and the quality of the test flow field.
