加味补肺汤对肺肾两虚型小儿变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的考察加味补肺汤对肺肾两虚型小儿变应性鼻炎患者的临床疗效。方法120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组给予西替利嗪,观察组给予加味补肺汤,疗程4周。检测临床疗效、鼻部症状总评分(TNSS)、生命质量问卷评分(RQLQ)、气道阻力指数(NAR)、中医证候评分、血清和鼻分泌物炎性因子(EOT、EOS、IL-33)、血清免疫功能指标(IgM、IgG、IgE)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组TNSS、RQLQ、NAR、中医证候评分、EOS、IL-33、IgE、不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),EOT、IgM、IgG更高(P<0.05)。结论加味补肺汤可有效改善肺肾两虚型小儿变应性鼻炎患者的临床症状,安全性高。AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Supplemented Bufei Decoction on patients with pediatric allergic rhinitis due to Lung and Kidney Deficiency.METHODS One hundred and twenty patients were randomly assigned into control group(60 cases)for 4-week administration of cetirizine,and observation group(60 cases)for 4-week administration of Supplemented Bufei Decoction.The changes in clinical efficacy,total nasal symptom score(TNSS),rhinitis quality of life questionnaire score(RQLQ),nasal air-way resistance(NAR),TCM symptom scores,serum and nasal secretion inflammatory factors(EOT,EOS,IL-33),serum immune function indices(IgM,IgG,IgE)and incidence of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the observation group displayed lower TNSS,RQLQ,NAR,TCM symptom scores,EOS,IL-33,IgE and incidence of adverse reactions than the control group(P<0.05),along with higher EOT,IgM and IgG(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with pediatric allergic rhinitis due to Lung and Kidney Deficiency,Supplemented Bufei Decoction can effectively improve clinical symptoms,exhibiting high safety.
