摘 要:目的分析莪术和山芝麻水煎液中Cd、Zn的形态。方法采用离心、过滤、树脂分离和溶剂萃取等方法获得含不同形态Cd和Zn的级份,ICP-MS法测定Cd和Zn的含有量。结果水煎之后,莪术Cd存在于水煎渣、可溶态、悬浮态中的比例分别为65.71%、24.00%、20.57%,Zn的比例分别为28.31%、64.96%、4.42%;山芝麻中Cd存在于水煎渣、可溶态、悬浮态中的比例分别为80.93%、4.99%、9.98%,Zn的比例分别为45.44%、13.57%、32.73%。结论莪术中Cd及山芝麻中Cd和Zn较少存在于水煎液可溶态中。AIM To analyze the chemical states of Cd and Zn in the aqueous decoction of Curcuma kwangsiensis S.G.Lee et C.F.Liang and Helicteres angustifoia L.METHODS The fractions containing different states of Cd and Zn were obtained by centrifugation,filtration,resin separation and solvent extraction.The contents of Cd and Zn were determined by ICP-MS.RESULTS After decocting,the proportion of Cd in C.kwangsiensis in the residual state,soluble state,suspended state was 65.71%,24.00%,20.57%,respectively.The proportion of Zn was 28.31%,64.96%,4.42%,respectively.The proportion of Cd in H.angustifoia in the residual state,soluble state,suspended state was 80.93%,4.99%,9.98%,respectively,and the proportion of Zn was 45.44%,13.57%,32.73%,respectively.CONCLUSION Cd in C.kwangsiensis,and Cd,Zn in H.angustifoia are less in the soluble state of the decoction.
