摘　　要：合成绝缘子在中国已有20多年的运行历史,作者针对国家电网有限公司华东分部复合绝缘子的运行情况进行评价,并对其中48支绝缘子的老化情况进行了抽样检测,进行了表面憎水性、芯棒强度、伞裙撕裂强度试验,总结了合成绝缘子老化的典型特点。为电线路绝缘子的运行维护和生产厂家的设计制造提供参考,为电力部门制定运行维护策略及应对措施提供依据。Composite insulator in China has more than 20 years of operating history.According to East China Branch of the State Grid Co.,Ltd.,this paper evaluates the operating status of composite insulator and tests some samples of the 48 aginginsulatorsin terms of surface hydrophobic,core strength,umbrella skirt tear strength test,and summarizes the typical aging condition of composite insulator.This provides a reference for the operation and maintenance of transmission line insulators and the design and manufacture of manufacturers,and provides a basis for the formulation of operation and maintenance strategies and countermeasures by the power department.
