摘　　要：伴随着快餐行业的不断发展,被称为“白色污染”的一次性发泡餐具的需求也在日益增多。一次性发泡餐具不仅对于食用者的身体健康造成影响,同时还会造成恶劣的环境问题。针对可降解植物纤维餐具的优缺点和生产工艺,并结合国内外相关研究的状况,对可降解植物纤维餐具前景进行分析探讨。With the continuous development of the fast food industry,the demand for disposable foamed tableware called white pollution is also increasing.Disposable foam tableware not only affects the health of consumers,but also causes severe environmental problems.In this paper,based on the advantages and disadvantages of the degradable plant fiber tableware and the production process,combined with the status of relevant research at home and abroad,the prospect of the degradable plant fiber tableware was analyzed and discussed.
