摘　　要：在新疆建设丝绸之路经济带核心区背景下,研究新疆农行如何提升服务实体经济质量发现:新疆农行在服务实体经济的过程中还存在信贷管理理念落后、贷后资金监管难度大、中小微资信不足等问题。对应提出采取转变信贷管理理念、加强公司内部管理、协助中小微企业自身建设等措施予以应对。Under the background of building the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt in Xinjiang,this paper studies how the Agricultural Bank of Xinjiang can improve the quality of service on the real economy.It is found that the Agricultural Bank of Xinjiang still has some problems,such as the backward credit management idea,the difficulty in supervision of post loan funds,and the lack of credit of small and medium-sized enterprises in the process of serving the real economy.It is suggested that we should change the idea of credit management,strengthen the internal management of the company,and assist the self-construction of small,medium and micro enterprises.
