摘　　要：基于大批量晶片角度分选,论文对技术装备现状、角度分布的客观规律及角度分选后表现出的一些固有特征进行客观分析。Based on the angle sorting of a large batch of discs,this paper objectively analyzes the current situation of technical equipment,the objective law of angle distribution and some inherent characteristics shown after angle sorting.
