摘 要:目的:检测60个批次淫羊藿药材样品中的淫羊藿苷含量,考察淫羊藿药材的质量状况,为药材临床使用单位及药品生产经营企业提供质量依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,对不同地区、不同采收加工方法及不同生长年限的60个批次淫羊藿药材中的淫羊藿苷含量进行分析。结果:箭叶淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷含量为0.28%~1.80%,柔毛淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷含量为0.18%~0.68%,朝鲜淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷含量为0.53%~0.65%,淫羊藿的淫羊藿苷含量为0.78%~1.32%。重庆地区以箭叶淫羊藿为主,含量差异较大;柔毛淫羊藿在四川、陕西均有分布,含量较低;吉林地区主产朝鲜淫羊藿,含量均符合2015年版《中国药典》标准;甘肃、陕西产的淫羊藿含量普遍较高。烘干品含量高于阴干品含量;3年生样品含量低于1年生样品。结论:淫羊藿药材质量与产地、生长年限及加工方法密切相关,应加强监测,确保药材质量。Objective:To detect the content of icariin in 60 batches of longspur epimedium samples,and to investigate the quality status of herba epimedii,so as to provide quality reference for clinical users and drug manufacturers.Methods:The content of icariin in 60 batches of longspur epimedium from different regions,different processing methods and different growing time was determined by HPLC.Results:The content of icariin in epimedium sagittatum was 0.28%~1.80%,that in epimedium pubescens was 0.18%~0.68%,that in epimedium koreanum was 0.53%~0.65%,that in longspur epimedium is 0.78%~1.32%.The main variety of epimedium in Chongqing was epimedium sagittatum,and the content of icariin was quite different;Epimedium pubescens was distributed in Sichuan and Shaanxi with low content.The main variety of epimedium in Jilin area was epimedium koreanum,and its content conforms to the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition).The content of icariin in Gansu and Shaanxi was generally high.The content of icariin in oven dry epimedii was higher than that in the sample dried by airing.The content of icariin in epimedium grown for 3 years was lower than that of the sample grown for 1 year.Conclusion:The quality of longspur epimedium is related to its producing area,growing years and processing methods.The detection of icariin should be strengthened to ensure the quality of longspur epimedium.
