“调和气血”法在腰三横突综合征治疗中的运用

摘　　要：目的:对施杞教授治疗筋骨病之"调和气血"大法联合冲击波疗法在腰三横突综合征治疗中的疗效进行观察。方法:选取河南省中医院中医骨伤特色诊疗中心诊为腰三横突综合征患者67例,随机分为联合组(圣愈汤联合冲击波)与单行组(冲击波单用),联合组34人,单行组33人,对两组患者治疗后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及腰椎JOA评分进行记录对比,同时行治疗后末次随访时(1月)有效率对比。结果:两组均呈现一定疗效,治疗后1周及1月时,联合组VAS评分优于单用组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组JOA评分在治疗后1周时亦优于单行组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);1月优良率对比联合组优于单行组(P<0.05)。结论:基于筋骨病气血失和理论,以调和气血大法用治腰三横突综合征,圣愈汤联合冲击波优于单用冲击波疗法。Objective:To observe the curative effect of"Regulation of qi and blood"theory initiated by Professor Shi Qi,combined with shock wave therapy in the treatment of lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:A total of 67 patients with lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into two groups:combined group(combined with shock wave and Shengyu decoction)and single group(shock wave alone).There were 34 patients in combination group and 33 patients in single row group.(VAS)and JOA scores of pain visual simulation score and lumbar vertebrae were recorded and compared between the two groups after treatment,and the effective rate was compared at the last follow-up after treatment(1 month).Results:both groups showed certain curative effect,and after treatment,At 1 week and 1 month,the VAS score of the combined group was better than that of the single group,and the JOA score of the combined group was also better than that of the single group one week after treatment(P<0.05),and the excellent and good rate of the combined group was better than that of the single group one month after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:based on the theory of multiple qi and blood imbalance in osteopathy,Shengyu decoction combined with shock wave is superior to shock wave alone in the treatment of lumbar transverse process syndrome.
