乌头通络汤联合田氏针刀松解术对肩周炎患者肩关节功能、SP及5-HT的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨肩周炎患者采用田氏针刀松解术联合乌头通络汤对肩关节功能、SP及5-HT的影响。方法:将95例肩周炎患者按掷币法分为对照组(47例,采用田氏针刀松解术治疗)和观察组(48例,采用田氏针刀松解术联合乌头通络汤治疗),比较两组患者肩关节功能评分及SP、5-HT水平。结果:治疗后观察组SP、5-HT及GM-CSF水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组TNF-α、IL-6均低于对照组,IL-10高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组Constant-Murlry评分、UCLA肩评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:田氏针刀松解术联合乌头通络汤能显著减轻肩周炎患者炎症症状,缓解局部疼痛,提高关节活动度,改善肩关节功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effects of Tianshi needle knife lysis combined with Wutou Tongluo Decoction on shoulder function,SP and 5-HT in patients with frozen shoulder.Methods:95 cases of periarthritis of the shoulder patients were divided into the control group(47 cases,Tianshi needle knife release treatment)and observation group(48 cases,Tianshi needle knife release combined Wutou Tongluo Decoction was used to compare shoulder function scores and SP and 5-HT levels in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the levels of SP,5-HT and GM-CSF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were lower than the control group,and the IL-10 was higher than the control group.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The Constant-Murlry score and UCLA shoulder score of the observation group were higher than the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianshi needle knife lysis combined with Wutou Tongluo Decoction can significantly alleviate the symptoms of inflammatory disease in patients with frozen shoulder,relieve local pain,improve joint mobility and improve shoulder function.It is worthy of clinical recommendation.
