摘　　要：温和灸,隶属于艾条灸,在临床上已经得到广泛应用。目前对于此法的起源考证尚缺乏系统论证。根据检索和分析,推测"温和灸"的概念由朱琏首创,出现于上世纪五十年代。该法源于古代"艾条灸"和近代"烟卷灸"。朱琏借鉴了先前"烟卷灸"中"温和灸"的概念。此法强调使用强刺激,温度控制在43~45℃,对机体发挥抑制作用。目前此法具有广泛的临床适应证。Warm moxibustion,belonged to moxa stick moxibustion,is widespread application in clinic.However,the origin of warm moxibustion is lack of sufficient evidences,and it was suggested that the warm moxibustion was proposed by Prof.Zhu Lian in the middle of twenty centuries.It is from the historical change of ancient"moxa moxibustion"and the appearance of moden"Yan Juan moxibustion".Prof.Zhu Lian proposed the"moxa strick moxibustion"in view of the concept of"warm moxibustion"in the"Yan Juan moxibustion".This method was a strong heat stimulation with the temperature between 43℃ and 45℃,and was able to inhibit the body function.Nowadays this method is used widely in clinic.
