摘  要:蛋白尿是慢性肾脏病的主要临床表现之一,亦是疾病进展的独立危险因素。各种原因造成的足细胞损伤致使肾小球滤过屏障受损是蛋白尿产生的主要原因。临床上应用益气补肾固涩药治疗蛋白尿的疗效已较为确切,其机理有待进一步研究证实。从足细胞损伤角度探讨益气补肾固涩药对蛋白尿的作用及其机制。Proteinuria is one of the main clinical manifestations of chronic kidney disease and an independent risk factor for disease progression.Damage to the glomerular filtration barrier caused by podocyte damage caused by various causes is the main cause of proteinuria.The clinical application of Yiqi Bushen Guse druds in the treatment of proteinuria has been more precise,but its mechanism needs further research.This article will discuss the effect of Yiqi Bushen Guse druds on proteinuria and its mechanism from the perspective of podocyte injury.
