摘 要:高炉煤气是高炉炼铁生产过程中副产的重要二次能源,随着环保要求的日益严苛和相关资源化利用技术的进步,高炉煤气的利用方式也不断发生变化。从高炉煤气的副产与利用现状出发,详细分析了煤气中的各种有害气体的来源与产生途径,梳理比较了高炉煤气精脱硫与除酸工艺技术路线,总结了高炉煤气CO2捕获封存与利用的技术发展方向以及高炉煤气分离提纯CO作为化工生产原料的技术现状与发展趋势。结合分析结果,提出了高炉煤气多种有害成分协同治理,分离提取有价成分作为化工生产原料是符合中国能源结构和工业现状的发展道路。Blast furnace gas is an important secondary energy produced as a by-product in the production process of blast furnace ironmaking.With the increasingly strict environmental protection requirements and the progress of related resource utilization technologies,the utilization method of blast furnace gas has also continuously changed.Based on the by-products and utilization status of blast furnace gas,the sources and production routes of various harmful gases in the gas were analyzed in detail,and the technical routes of fine desulfurization and deacidification of blast furnace gas were compared,and the carbon dioxide capture,storage and utilization of blast furnace gas were summarized.The technology development direction and the technical status and development trend of separation and purification of carbon monoxide in blast furnace gas as raw materials for chemical production were summarized.Combining with analysis results,it is proposed that the coordinated treatment of various harmful components of blast furnace gas and the separation and extraction of valuable components as raw materials for chemical production are the development path in line with the energy structure and industrial status in China.
