摘 要:针对攀钢半钢冶炼热源不足带来的问题,通过分析转炉热补偿技术优缺点,提出在提钒转炉出半钢时加入硅铁对半钢进行化学热补偿的增硅热补偿工艺,解决了增硅后预处理脱硫渣-铁难分离的问题。结果表明,半钢增硅热补偿新工艺减少半钢温降5℃,降低兑铁时碳烧损0.06%,使得半钢碳质量分数平均提高了0.16%,温度平均提高5.3℃,半钢质量更为稳定。新工艺应用后,攀钢中高碳钢转炉终点钢水碳质量分数由原来的0.05%提高到0.12%,终点钢水碳质量分数在0.07%~0.15%的比例由原来的32.2%大幅度提高到92.4%。该工艺在降低转炉冶炼成本的同时,提高了钢水质量,同时减少了烟尘排放量,具有明显的经济效益和环保效益。To solve the problems caused by shortage of heat in PanGang BOF blowing,the advantages and disadvantages of the converter′s thermal compensation technology were analyzed,and a new steelmaking process was put forward which by adding the silicon to semi-steel for thermal compensation to solve the problem of slag-iron separation.The results show that the new silicon-added thermal compensation technology for semi-steel reduces the temperature drop of semi-steel by 5℃,and reduces the carbon burning loss by 0.06% during iron blending,which makes the average carbon content of semi-steel increase by 0.16mass%,the average temperature increases by 5.3℃,and quality of semi-steel is improved.By using the new process,carbon content at the endpoint of medium and high carbon steel increases from 0.05mass% to 0.12mass%,and the proportion of carbon content of 0.07mass%-0.15mass% increases sharply from 32.2% to 92.4%.This new process not only reduces the cost of converter smelting,but also improves the quality of molten steel and reduces the amount of smoke and dust.
