摘 要:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯义齿基托材料在使用中易断裂,为提高其机械性能,以石英纤维为原料织造不同弯纱深度的针织物作为增强体制备复合材料基托,并对基托的断面微观形貌、吸湿性、弯曲强度和弯曲弹性模量进行测试及分析。结果表明,石英纤维针织物增强义齿基托的界面结合情况比玻璃纤维针织物增强义齿基托好,基托的吸水性随弯纱深度的增大而逐渐增大,而且弯纱深度的变化对基托的弯曲性能影响显著,弯纱深度增加时,石英纤维针织物增强义齿基托的弯曲性能提高。Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)denture base material is easy to fracture in use.In order to improve its mechanical properties,this paper used quartz fiber as raw material to knit fabrics with different stitch cam depths,then applied them as reinforcements to prepare composite denture base.And the fracture surface morphology,hygroscopicity,bending strength and bending elastic modulus of the denture base were tested and analyzed.The results show that the interface bonding situation of the quartz fiber knitted fabric reinforced denture base is better than that of glass fiber knitted fabric reinforced denture base.The hygroscopicity of the base gradually increases with the increase of stitch cam depth,and the change of stitch cam depth has a significant effect on the bending performance of the base.With the increase of stitch cam depth,the bending performance of quartz fiber knitted fabric reinforced denture base improves.
