植物中药防蚊抗菌黏胶纤维的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：将具有防蚊、抗菌功能的薄荷精油微胶囊和甜罗勒提取物水溶液添加到黏胶纤维纺丝液中共混,采用湿法纺丝工艺制备防蚊抗菌黏胶纤维,并测试纤维的基本性能和防蚊性能、抗菌性能。结果表明:与普通黏胶纤维相比,防蚊抗菌黏胶纤维横截面的锯齿状更明显,纵向表面沟槽加深,纤维表面有许多微小颗粒,干、湿态断裂强度分别降低0.22、0.14 cN/dtex,干、湿态断裂伸长率分别增加0.87%、1.48%,回潮率增加1.51%,结晶度、取向度无显著变化;水洗25次后,防蚊率达到60.80%,未水洗以及水洗20次后对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别达到96.50%、99.12%、79.35%和93.42%、91.53%和76.43%。The peppermint essential oil microcapsules with anti-mosquito and antibacterial functions and sweet basil extract aqueous solution are blended with viscose fiber spinning solution to prepare anti-mosquito and antibacterial viscose fiber by using wet spinning process,and the basic properties and anti-mosquito and antibacterial performance of the fiber are tested.The results show that compared with ordinary viscose fiber,the cross-section of the anti-mosquito and antibacterial viscose fiber is more jagged,the grooves on the longitudinal surface are deepened,there are many tiny particles on the fiber surface,and the dry and wet breaking strengths reduce by 0.22 and 0.14 cN/dtex,dry and wet elongation at break increases by 0.87%and 1.48%,moisture regain increases by 1.51%,crystallinity and orientation degree have no significant change.After 25 times washing,the anti-mosquito rate can still reach 60.80%.The antibacterial rates against staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and candida albicans without washing and after 20 times washing reaches 96.50%,99.12%,79.35%and 93.42%,91.53%,76.43%,respectively.
