摘  要:为了开发pH值敏感变色纺织品,分析了不同提取剂和提取液的pH值变化对茜草提取液颜色和紫外可见吸收光谱的影响;探讨了染色pH值对织物颜色参数的影响及茜草染色织物在不同pH值环境下的变色特性。结果表明,不同提取剂对茜草色素的溶出成分不同;紫外可见光谱显示苯环的E带和K带红移;乙醇、助提剂和NaOH碱性提取液分别在400、430、510 nm呈现吸收峰。茜草提取液在pH值=3.0~11.0的条件下,呈现黄色、橙色、红色的递变;茜草在酸性和碱性条件下染色的织物分别呈黄色和红色。黄、红色谱茜草染色织物在pH值=3.0~11.0环境范围内均能呈现酸黄碱红的颜色变化,且变色可逆性良好。In order to develop pH sensitive color-changing textiles,the effects of pH changes of different extraction agents and extracts on the color and UV-Vis absorption spectrum of Rubia cordifolia extract were analyzed.The influence of dyeing pH on fabric color parameters and the color change characteristics of rubia cordifolia dyed fabric in different pH environments were discussed.The results show that different extraction agents had different dissolution components of rubia cordifolia pigment.UV-Vis spectra revealed red shifts of E and K bands of benzene ring.Ethanol,extractant and NaOH alkaline extracts showed absorption peaks at 400 nm,430 nm and 510 nm respectively.Under the condition of pH value of 3.0~11.0,Rubia cordifolia extractive solution presents a gradual change of yellow,orange and red.The fabrics dyed by rubia cordifolia under acidic and alkaline conditions are yellow and red respectively.Yellow and red spectrum Rubia cordifolia dyed fabrics can show the color change of acid yellow alkali red in the environmental range of pH of 3.0~11.0,and the color change reversibility is good.
