摘  要:为满足棉织物印花个性化、小批量及成衣定位印花的需求,研究活性染料数码喷墨湿法转移印花工艺,探讨转移介质配方、棉织物预处理工艺、转移印花工艺。结果表明,转移介质吸墨层配方为聚乙烯醇3.0%、六偏磷酸钠1.5%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯甲醚1.5%;棉织物预处理工艺为元明粉4.5%,碳酸氢钠2.5%,给湿率25.0%;转移印花的优化工艺为热压时间60 s,热压温度100℃,热压压强1.96 MPa;在最优工艺条件下,可以获得较好的印花质量、印花精细度及耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。In order to meet the requirements of personalized cotton fabric printing,small batch printing and positioning printing of garments,the wet transfer printing process of digital ink-jetting with reactive dyes was studied,and the transfer medium formula,pretreatment process and transfer printing process of cotton fabrics were tested.The results show that the formula of transfer medium inkjet layer contains polyvinyl alcohol of 3.0%,sodium hexametaphosphate of 1.5%,fatty acid polyoxyethlene methylether of 1.5%;and the pretreatment process of cotton fabric was sodium sulphate of 4.5%,sodium bicarbonate of 2.5%,dewing rate of 25.0%;and the optimized process of transfer printing was as follows:hot pressing time of 60 s,hot pressing temperature of 100℃and hot pressing pressure of 1.96 MPa.Under the optimal process conditions,it can obtain better printing quality,and the fineness of the printing,the color fastness to soaping and rubbing are better.
