摘  要:介绍了影响锦纶染色匀染性的主要因素,采用速染工艺和传统工艺对锦纶进行湖绿色染色,对比了不同工艺对锦纶染色的缓染性、匀染性、移染性等的影响。结果表明,速染工艺具有较强的缓染性、移染性,较慢的上染速率,优良的匀染性及颜色稳定性;染色牢度和最终得色量达到传统工艺效果的同时,并能缩短染色工艺时间约50 min;无铵盐的使用可以降低废水氨氮含量,符合节能减排、绿色生产的要求。The main factors affecting the dyeing property of nylon dyeing were introduced.The lake green color dyeing testing was carried out on the nylon by both rapid dyeing process and the conventional process.The comprehensive performance of different processes for nylon dyeing was compared including retardation,levelness,and migration.The results show that the rapid dyeing process has strong retarding,transferability,slow dyeing rate and excellent leveling;The color fastness and final color yield can achieve the effect of traditional process and shorten the dyeing process time to about 50 minutes.The use of ammonium-free salt can reduce the ammonia nitrogen content in wastewater,and also meet the requirements of energy saving,emission reduction and green production.
