摘 要:散纤维染色时存在能耗高和排污量大,废水中染料、盐和碱浓度高等问题,从散纤维染厂的现状出发,分析散纤维染色加工的多个工序,如装缸、染色、烘棉打包、辅助工序,通过加强技改及管理创新等手段,提出了相关节水、节能、减排的措施或方案,以降低产品的染化料、水电汽能耗,提高生产效率。There are many problems when dyeing loose fibers,such as high energy consumption and large sewage discharge,and high concentrations of dyes,salts and alkalis in wastewater,from the status quo of the loose fiber dyeing factory,this article analyzes the multiple processes of loose fiber dyeing processing such as vat loading,dyeing,cotton drying and packing,and other auxiliary processes.By strengthening the technological transformation and management innovation and other measures,it proposes some relevant measures or programs towards water-saving,energy-saving,and emission-reducing in order to reduce the energy consumption of dyestuffs,water,electricity,and steam per ton of product and improve production efficiency.
