摘 要:随着5G通信的飞速发展,系统对高密度、低成本、小体积提出了更高的要求。为满足需求,设计了一种应用于5G通信的高选择性小型化带通滤波器。首先通过Designer电路仿真软件,建立电路拓扑结构进行元件值的拟合,提取合适的元件值;基于GaAs工艺,在三维电磁仿真软件(HFSS)中进行整体建模设计,并加工实现了一款应用于5G通信的GaAs带通滤波器。测试结果表明:该带通滤波器中心频率为3750 MHz,带宽900 MHz,插入损耗为3.0 dB,带内驻波比优于1.5,在DC^2400 MHz,5300 MHz^10 GHz阻带范围内的带外抑制均优于30 dB,测试结果与仿真设计十分吻合。该滤波器尺寸仅为1.2 mm×0.9 mm×0.1 mm,相比传统工艺的滤波器,体积大大缩小,且可以与5G系统芯片一体化设计。As the rapid development of 5 G communication,system puts forward higher requirement for high density,small volume and low cost.In order to meet the demand,a highly selective miniaturized bandpass filter for 5 G communication is designed.First,a circuit topology is established and then appropriate component values are extracted through fitting in the Designer circuit simulation software.Later,the overall modeling design is carried out in the 3 D electromagnetic simulation software HFSS.And finally,a GaAs bandpass filter for 5 G communication is processed and fabricated.The measured results show that the center frequency of the bandpass filter is 3750 MHz,the bandwidth is 900 MHz,the insertion loss is 3.0 dB,VSWR more than 1.5,and the stopband rejection is better than 30 dB at DC^2400 MHz and 5300 MHz^10 GHz.The measured results are in good agreement with the simulation design.Its dimension is only 1.2 mm×0.9 mm×0.1 mm.Compared with traditional filter,the size is greatly reduced and the designed filter can be integrated with 5 G system chip.
