摘 要:介绍了一种叉指电容加载的小型化周期结构的多层频率选择表面设计,提出了工作带通且具有超宽阻带频率特性的叉指电容加载结构的小型化频率选择表面.阐述了分布参数叉指加载的小型化宽阻带带通频率选择表面的组成结构,分析了这种宽阻带带通频率选择表面的机理.对分布参数叉指电容加载结构的周期小型化频率选择表面,采用了等效电路分析法和三维仿真软件进行了分析和仿真设计,仿真结果具有超宽阻带和带通的频率特性;提出的叉指结构分布参数电容加载的频率选择结构单元具有较好的容差性,在0°~60°不同入射角下具有良好的频率稳定性.根据设计的叉指电容加载的小型化频率选择表面制作并测试了频率特性,实测和仿真结果一致性较好,中心频率为2.4 GHz,阻带为3~39.6 GHz,阻带宽度超过中心频率的16倍.整个阻带内的抑制度大于15 dB,其中3~15 GHz内的阻带抑制度大于40 dB,相对带宽为10%,带内插损小于0.5 dB.A distributed parameter interdigital capacitance loading miniaturized periodic structural unit with a multilayer frequency selective surface(MFSS) to create an ultra-wide stopband was proposed.Using this distributed parameter interdigital capacitance loading miniaturized periodic structure,the ultra-wide stopband and band MFSS can be created at the same time with band contains two resonance frequency points.The principle of the distributed parameter capacitance miniaturized multilayer frequency selective surface element resonances and the novel method to make these resonance was researched. The suggested multilayer frequency selective surface element was designed in compact size and a wide stopband and band pass resonances can be easily gotten.In addition,the frequency response produced by the proposed multilayer frequency selective surface was very good stability,when the plan wave incidence angles varies from 0° to 60°.The multilayer frequency selective surface with interdigital capacitance loading miniaturized prototypes were crated and tested,fundamental frequency is 2.4 GHz,the stopband is from 3 GHz to 39.6 GHz,the overall stopband rejection is greater than 15 dB,and the stopband rejection is more than 40 dB in 3~15 GHz,more than 16 times of the fundamental frequency,the relative bandwidth is 10%,and the insertion loss is less than 0.5 dB.
