摘  要:提出一种基于场景划分的海天线检测方法,兼顾显著目标较小、海天线相对完整的简单场景和显著目标较大、海天线缺失严重的复杂场景,提高准确率的同时避免了不必要的时间消耗.采用卷积运算,将预处理图像划分为简单场景或复杂场景,根据划分结果,分别选择合适的方法进行检测.对于简单图像,先用基于图像分块的局部Otsu算法做图像分割,提取突变像素作为边缘,然后采用Hough变换检测海天线;对于复杂图像,在分割后,消除显著目标,并采用形态学滤波运算擦除干扰像素,检测海天线.实验证明:提出的方法可以有效提高海天线检测的准确率,具有良好的场景适应性.A detection method of sea-sky-line based on scene division was proposed,taking into account two types of scenes and improves the accuracy while avoids the unnecessary time consumption.Firstly,a convolution operation was used to divide the preprocessed image into a simple scene or a complex scene.An appropriate method for detection was selected according to the result of the division.For simple images,first using a local Otsu algorithm based on image segmentation,and the abrupt pixels were extracted as edges. The sea-sky line was detected by using a Hough transform. The significant targets were eliminated after segmentation for the complex images.The morphological filtering operation was used to remove the interfering pixels and detect the sea-sky line.The experiments show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy of sea-sky line detection and has good scene adaptability.
