摘　　要：居民维权方式的选择受到监管机构声誉的影响。监管机构权力的合法性、监管效果以及监管效率是监管机构声誉的来源,从监管质量、监管机构公信力以及监管效果三个方面影响居民维权方式的选择。本文以食品安全监管为例,通过构建监管机构声誉影响因素模型,运用二元logistic方法,就食品监管机构声誉对居民维权方式选择的影响机制进行探讨发现,监管效果对居民维权方式选择的影响最大,监管效率与监管强度相比影响更为明显,监管的公平性和一致性会对居民维权产生正向的促进作用。为提高监管机构声誉,应更加注重监管效果和监管效率,在监管公平性和一致性的基础上加大监管强度。The choice of residents’rights protection mo de is affected by the reputation of regulatory agencies.The legitimacy,effectiveness and efficiency of the regulatory authority are the sources of the reputation of the regulatory authority,which affects the choice of the residents’rights protection methods from the quality of supervision,the credibility of the regulatory agency and the regulatory effect.In this paper,taking food safety supervision as an example,through the construction of regulatory agency reputation influence factor model,using binary logistic method,the impact mechanism of food regulatory agency reputation on Residents’rights protection mode selection is discussed.It is found that the supervision effect has the greatest impact on the choice of residents’rights protection mode,the supervision efficiency has a more obvious impact than the supervision intensity,and the supervision fairness and consistency It will have a positive effect on the protection of residents’rights.In order to improve the reputation of regulatory agencies,we should pay more attention to the regulatory effect and efficiency,and increase the supervision intensity on the basis of regulatory fairness and consistency.
