摘 要:大数据时代,推动政府数字化转型成为提升政府治理能力的必然选择,这也为政府决策科学化、民主化提供了新机遇。本文以大数据思维为理路,以精准识别、有机判别、全程把控、价值回溯为轴线,在决策过程要素与科学技术要素相融合的基础上,依托大数据技术机理搭建了"迅速回应-智能循环"决策机制模型,以期为提高政府决策科学化、民主化水平提供依据。In the era of big data,promoting the digital transformation of the government has become an inevitable choice to enhance the governance capacity of the government,which also provides new opportunities for the scientific and democratic decision-making of the government.Taking big data thinking as the logic,taking accurate identification,organic discrimination,whole process control and value backtracking as the axis,on the basis of the integration of decision-making process elements and scientific and technological elements,and relying on the mechanism of big data technology,this paper builds a"rapid response intelligent cycle"decision-making mechanism model,in order to provide a basis for improving the scientific and democratic level of government decision-making.
