摘  要:表面肌电信号是用于人-机交互接口的重要信号源。然而现有的表面肌电信号采集系统面临着高密度和便携性、高信号质量与低制造成本之间的矛盾,高通量采集系统主要为桌面式分析仪器,难以满足实际交互应用的需求。本文通过优化设计,完成了微阵列式表面肌电信号采集系统。将4个采集通道和相应的信号调理电路集成在单颗传感器上,提高了系统的空间分辨率。整个系统可同时采集4枚传感器共计16通道的12位精度表面肌电信号,采样率可达5 kHz。相较于商业系统,其成本更低,体积更加小巧便携。Surface electromyography(sEMG)is now a widely used biosignal for the human-machine interface.However,the existing systems should face the contradiction between high density and portability,high signal quality and low manufacturing cost.The high-density systems are mainly desktop instrument,which is difficult to meet the needs of practical interactive applications.In this paper,we optimally designed mini-grid sensors and acquisition system to solve these problems.The sample channels are grouped by four and arrayed on a single sensor to improve the spatial resolution of the system.The system could synchronously collect 16 channels of sEMG signals at a resolution of 12-bits from 4 mini-grid sensors.Furthermore,the cost of the system is lower than the commercial systems and is more portable.
