摘 要:为了给电容储能型脉冲电源技术的进一步发展提供指导,简要说明脉冲电源模块(PPM)的储能容量设计思路,重点介绍小型化PPM技术现状,分析国内PPM研究存在的不足。由于PPM的储能密度较低,与武器实用标准还存在很大差距,模块小型化技术将继续是今后一段时间电炮工程化应用研究的一个关键点和重要方向,研究内容主要涵盖大功率元件小型化、模块结构紧凑化两方面。根据电炮发射工况与工程化系统的特点,指出推动脉冲电源小型化技术发展和工程化应用亟待解决的主要技术问题,包括发射环境适应性、重频连发的热管理技术和紧凑化结构的电磁兼容技术等。建议针对阻碍脉冲电源工程化发展的问题积极开展研究,以迅速破解技术瓶颈,早日实现电炮的应用。In order to provide guidance for the further development of capacitive pulsed power supply(PPM)technology,the design idea of energy storage capacity of pulsed power supply module is briefly described,the current situation of miniaturized pulsed power supply module technology is introduced,and the shortcomings of the research on domestic pulsed power supply module are analyzed.The pulsed power supply module doesn't meet the practical standards of weapons due to its low energy storage density.Therefore,the miniaturized module technology will continue to be a key point and an important direction of the engineering application research of electric gun in the future,and the research content mainly covers two aspects,namely,miniaturization of high-power components and compactness of module structure.According to the characteristics of launching condition and engineering system of electric gun,the main urgent technical problems in promoting the development and engineering application of the miniaturized pulsed power supply technology are pointed out,including the adaptability to launching environment,the thermal management technology and the electromagnetic compatibility technology of compact structure,etc.It is necessary to actively research the issues which impede the engineering development of pulsed power supply to solve the technical bottleneck and realize the application of electric gun as soon as possible.
