摘 要:与常规火炮相比,电热化学炮能够通过调节脉冲电源的电能输入来提高弹丸在不同环境温度下的初速,输入电能的载体是等离子体发生器。通过分析不同材质等离子体发生器放电性能,结合某口径电热化学炮装药结构弹道性能试验,研究电热化学炮弹道温度补偿性能规律。结果表明:随着输入电能的增加,等离子体发生器释放能量随之增加;基于铜膜/聚乙烯材料的等离子体发生器电能利用率高于铜膜/环氧材料发生器和金属丝/环氧材料发生器;输入电能对铜膜/聚乙烯材料发生器装药结构弹道性能影响较小,对铜膜/环氧材料发生器装药结构膛压影响较小、初速影响较大,与常规发射相比弹丸初速提高32.4 m/s;铜膜/环氧材料等离子体发生器对电热化学炮弹道性能提高具有增益效果。Compared with the conventional gun,the electrothermal chemical gun can improve the initial velocity of projectile at different ambient temperatures by adjusting the electric energy input of pulsed power supply.The carrier of electric energy input is a plasma generator.The discharge performances of plasma generators with different materials were analyzed,and the ballistic performance of charge structure of a certain caliber electrothermal chemical gun was test.On this basis,the ballistic temperature compensation performance law of electrothermal chemical gun is studied.The results show that the energy released by the plasma generator increases with the increase in the input electric energy;the electric energy utilization rate of plasma generator made of copper film/polyethylene(PE)material is higher than those of copper film/epoxy generator and wire/epoxy generator;the input electric energy has little influence on the ballistic performance of charge structure of copper film/PE generator and the chamber pressure of charge structure of copper film/epoxy material generator,and has great influence on the initial velocity,which is 32.4 m/s higher than that of the conventional launch;the copper film/epoxy plasma generator has a gain effect on improving the ballistic performance of electrothermal chemical gun.
